Service Description
This massage session caters to the therapeutic needs of the client. Special attention is placed on the area(s) which the client needs more work done. This service is often selected by clients who need focus work on different areas as well as the desire for a full body massage. A full body massage would include the neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. You do have the option of spending time on one of the areas that need the most attention. This massage is covered by Aetna and FSA/HSA also. Thanks
Cancellation Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable. The deposit does go towards your appointment. It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. We simply ask that you do not wait till the last minute to cancel your appointment. Providing ample time allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A fee of $75 is obtained for rescheduled same day missed appointments, Due to high demand of appointments if we cannot find another client to switch appointment times with you and you cancel less than 24 hours you may have to pay the full price. Please do not arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to COVID-19. Please cut off all phones while in the spa so all guests can enjoy their experience. Our spa is now under 24/7 video surveillance for the safety of our guests and staff. Please bring panties and a bra if you are a surgery client. Please read any attached documents on your invoice. We do accept Aetna and FSA-HSA. Tips are more than welcome and please bring cash to avoid transactions fees. Please close treatment door when entering the rooms.
