Service Description
Please allow at-least 24/48 hours to process insurance verification. Please provide your insurance card Via text or email. Please provide your DOB along with your insurance card to our EMAIL AT SBBLEU22@YAHOO.COM starting 8/22/2024 we will be collecting a $50 to go towards the appointment if the claim is cover, we will send the client a check back. Copay is $50.00 Plus $2.00 processing fee If you are an Aetna beneficiary: Get your Primary Care Doctor’s referral for Bleu Heavenly Touch Massage, LLC. ( a referral may not be needed) At this current time, we are accepting new insurance clients on certain days only. This massage session caters to the therapeutic needs of the client. Special attention is placed on the area(s) which the client needs more work done. This service is often selected by clients who need focus work on different areas as well as the desire for a full body massage. A full body massage would include the neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. You do have the option of spending time on one of the areas that need the most attention.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. The deposit does go towards your appointment. It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. We simply ask that you do not wait till the last minute to cancel your appointment. Providing ample time allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A fee of $50 is obtained for rescheduled same day missed appointments, Due to high demand of appointments if we cannot find another client to switch appointment times with you and you cancel less than 24 hours you may have to pay the full price.
