Our mobile massage service is especially recommended for clients recovering from tummy tucks, liposuction, BBL procedures, breast surgery, and other cosmetic surgeries who may not be able to drive or prefer to rest at home during the early stages of recovery. What’s Included Our therapist will bring everything needed for your session, including: * Professional massage table * Fresh linens and sheets * Hot towels * Relaxing music * Professional in-home massage service All you need is a clean 10 ft. x 10 ft. space where we can safely set up your treatment area. Mobile Service Rates Mobile travel fees are separate from the massage service and do not include the cost of your massage. * Peak Season Mobile Fee (Bianca): $175 * Non-Peak Season Mobile Fee (Beginning in April): $100 * VIP Doll Members receive $20 off the mobile travel fee. Scheduling To ensure availability, we recommend booking your mobile appointment at least one week in advance, especially if you are planning around a cosmetic surgery date. Mobile appointments are generally available: * Morning appointments * Late afternoon appointments Appointment availability depends on therapist schedules and service areas. Before Your Appointment To help us provide the best experience: * Have a clear 10’ x 10’ area available for setup. * Secure all pets in another room before your therapist arrives. * Be ready for your scheduled appointment time. Payment Policy Because travel time and preparation are involved, payment in full is required before your therapist travels to your location. Cancellation Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable. The deposit does go towards your appointment. It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. We simply ask that you do not wait till the last minute to cancel your appointment. Providing ample time allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A fee of $75 is obtained for rescheduled same day missed appointments, Due to high demand of appointments if we cannot find another client to switch appointment times with you and you cancel less than 24 hours you may have to pay the full price. Please do not arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to COVID-19. Please cut off all phones while in the spa so all guests can enjoy their experience. Our spa is now under 24/7 video surveillance for the safety of our guests and staff. Please bring panties and a bra if you are a surgery client. Please read any attached documents on your invoice. We do accept Aetna and FSA-HSA. Tips are more than welcome and please bring cash to avoid transactions fees. Please close treatment door when entering the rooms.
