Service Description
We accept Aetna insurance. A referral is not required; however, please provide your diagnosis when booking. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Eligible Aetna benefits may cover up to $100, depending on your individual plan and verified coverage. Any remaining balance, additional appointment, or service not covered by Aetna must be paid out of pocket. Please bring: A valid photo ID Your current Aetna insurance card Available massage options include lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, and many of the other massage services listed on our website. If you would like additional time focused on a particular area, please let us know before your session begins. Superbills are provided within 24โ48 hours. Please allow the full processing time. Rush superbill requests are available for an additional $50 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable. The deposit does go towards your appointment. It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. We simply ask that you do not wait till the last minute to cancel your appointment. Providing ample time allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A fee of $75 is obtained for rescheduled same day missed appointments, Due to high demand of appointments if we cannot find another client to switch appointment times with you and you cancel less than 24 hours you may have to pay the full price. Please do not arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to COVID-19. Please cut off all phones while in the spa so all guests can enjoy their experience. Our spa is now under 24/7 video surveillance for the safety of our guests and staff. Please bring panties and a bra if you are a surgery client. Please read any attached documents on your invoice. We do accept Aetna and FSA-HSA. Tips are more than welcome and please bring cash to avoid transactions fees. Please close treatment door when entering the rooms.
