Do you service my area?

We bring everything needed for the massage to you! This includes the massage table, sheets, towels, lotions, etc.

Please just have a space cleared for the massage table to be setup in. Please also ensure any pets are secured outside of the massage area while in session.

Before:

1. Take a warm shower to help loosen your muscles

2. Stay hydrated

3. Wear loose, comfortable clothes

4. Know your goals for massage

After:

1. Continue to hydrate

2. Eat a light meal with nutrients

3. Get a good night's rest

4. Schedule your next massage session!
